How to Cook

Oven

  1. Dry skin with paper towel and rub with oil and salt.
  2. Cook at 220°C for 20 mins.
  3. Reduce heat to 180°C and cook for a further 45 mins/kg.
  4. Rest for 10 mins before serving.
