How to Cook
Oven
- Preheat oven to 220°C
- Dry skin with paper towel, then rub with salt and oil.
- Cook at 220°C for 15 mins.
- Reduce heat to 160°C and cook for a further 45 mins/kg.
- Rest for 10 mins before serving.
