How to Cook

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C
  2. Dry skin with paper towel, then rub with salt and oil.
  3. Cook at 220°C for 15 mins.
  4. Reduce heat to 160°C and cook for a further 45 mins/kg.
  5. Rest for 10 mins before serving.
