Storage & Handling

Consume immediately or refrigerate as soon as possible after purchase. Do not reheat.

Microwave

  1. Remove crackle from roast.
  2. Place crackle score side up on paper towel-lined plate.
  3. Microwave on high for 1-2 mins
  4. Rest for 3 mins.

Oven Grill

  1. Preheat grill to 180°C and remove crackle from roast.
  2. Place crackle score side up on oven tray.
  3. Grill for 2-3 mins (watch closely)
  4. Rest for 3 mins.
