Healthy, tasty, easy peasy.


    4 Family Chef Pork Rump Steaks, thick cut, rind removed 
    Juice and rind of 1 lemon
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp Dijon mustard
    1 tbsp parsley, chopped
    1 cup apple sauce for serving
    Preheat barbecue, frying pan, griddle pan or grill to medium.

    Combine the lemon juice and rind, olive oil, mustard and parsley in a glass bowl and mix well.

    Coat the pork steaks well in the mixture and allow to marinate for 20 minutes or up to 4 hours, turning frequently.

    To cook, place steaks on the preheated barbecue or pan or under the grill and cook for 3 minutes each side (or until cooked the way you like it), turning only once during cooking.

    Serve with warm apple sauce. Delicious served with barbecued, grilled or roasted vegetables.
