Healthy, tasty, easy peasy.


    • 1x 500g packet of pre-cooked pulled pork
    • 2 large pre-made pizza bases with tomato base
    • 1 red capsicum, diced
    • 1x 440g tinned pineapple pieces
    • 500g grated mozzarella cheese
    • Preheat oven to 200c
    • Place pizza bases on oven tray and begin to layer the toppings on top, evenly dividing the ingredients between the two bases
    • Firstly, use ¾ of the grated cheese (leaving ¼ aside for the last layer), then the pulled pork, then capsicum, pineapple and the last bit of cheese.
    • Bake in the oven for 20mins.

    Garnish pizzas with some chopped spring onions and an extra swirl of BBQ sauce if you wish
