    Ingredients
    • 1kg-1.5kg “Ready to Rock” pre-cooked BBQ pork ribs
    • 1.4kg of thin hokkien noodles (fresh rather than dried) 
    • 1 large bunch of Chinese Broccoli, ends trimmed and cut into thirds
    • 1 tbsp garlic infused olive oil
    • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
    • (optional) toasted sesame seeds to garnish
    Directions
    • Place ribs and sauce in an oven-proof dish, covered with foil, into a 180c oven for 15-20 mins to heat up
    • Meanwhile, put a large sauce pan or water on to boil. Once water is boiling, add 2 heaped teaspoons of salt and all the Chinese broccoli.
    • Once the water has returned to the boil, add the noodles and take pot off the heat. Let the broccoli and noodles sit in the hot water for 3mins.
    • Empty the noodles and broccoli into a colander to remove water and return to the pot. Stir through the olive oil and sesame oil and coat evenly.
    • Remove the ribs from the oven when ready and you can either stir the BBQ sauce from the ribs through the noodles or serve the noodles and ribs with a dollop of the sauce on top. Sprinkle everything generously with toasted sesame seeds if you desire.
