    600g Family Chef Pulled Pork
    6 x 8cm brioche buns
    80g mixed salad leaves, rinsed
    1 red capsicum, finely sliced
    coriander leaves, rinsed, to garnish
    2 fresh long red chillis, finely sliced


    Microwave or heat pulled pork until warmed through.
    Slice each bun ¾ of the way through.
    Top with salad leaves, capsicum slices and warmed pulled pork. Garnish with coriander and fresh chilli.
