    Ingredients
    300g spaghetti
    400g tin crushed tomatoes
    1 tbsp olive oil
    ¾ cup chicken or veal stock
    500g pork mince
    ¼ finely chopped red chilli
    1 small onion (chopped)
    ¼ cup fresh chopped parsley
    2 tsp garlic (crushed)
    Salt & pepper
    2 tsp fresh oregano (chopped)
    Shaved parmesan cheese
    2 tsp fresh basil (chopped)
    Optional ½ glass good quality white wine
    120g tomato paste
    Directions
    1. Heat the oil in a medium sized frying pan on medium high. Add the onion and cook until transparent. Then add garlic and pork mince. Use a wooden spoon to chop the mince up into small pieces. Stir until the mince is browned.
    2. Add chilli, basil, oregano and parsley. Stir through the tomato paste and white wine (optional). Continue stirring for 5 minutes. Then add crushed tomatoes and stock and stir through thoroughly.
    3. Turn heat down. Simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    4. Boil spaghetti in a large saucepan with salted water until al Denté and cooked through.
    Serve the spaghetti and top with a scoop of bolognaise sauce. Sprinkle a little shaved parmesan cheese on top.
