Healthy, tasty, easy peasy.


    500 g lean pork mince
    3 garlic cloves, crushed
    1 spring onion, chopped
    2 tbsp Thai red curry paste to taste
    1/3 bunch fresh coriander, chopped
    2 tbsp fish sauce to taste
    2 tbsp cornflour
    8 kebab skewers, soaked in water
    Qty sweet chilli sauce, cucumber
    Mix together pork mince, garlic, spring onions, red curry paste, coriander, fish sauce and cornflour. Divide evenly into 24 and roll into balls. Thread 3 balls per skewer.

    Heat BBQ/Grill (or pan) until hot. Brush pork with a little oil, cook for about 5–8 minutes or until cooked through.

    Serve with sweet chilli or peanut satay sauce and cucumber.
