Combine pork and Tandoori marinade in a bowl and coat well. Cover and allow too marinate for 30 minutes.
Drain Mango slices well in a strainer. Combine yogurt and coriander cover and place in fridge.
Heat oil in a large frypan over medium-high heat and cook pork for 3–4 minutes each side depending on thickness. Allow pork to rest for a few minutes before slicing into pieces about 1cm wide.
Cut Pita bread in half then spread each half inside with the coriander yogurt. Assemble pockets with pork and mango slices, onion and rocket.
