Gather all equipment and prepared ingredients. Heat noodles in boiling water, separate with a fork and drain.
Heat wok until hot. Add a drizzle of oil, stir-fry garlic until fragrant. Stir-fry pork in 1–2 batches. Cook pork for about 1–2 minutes until ‘medium done' and remove.
Add a little more oil, stir-fry onions, noodles and vegetables until just done. Return pork. Add stock, soy and oyster sauces to taste. Heat through, taste and serve.
