Place pork steaks onto plate. Combine cumin, coriander, paprika, pepper and salt in a bowl and stir well. Sprinkle and gently rub spices into pork coating both sides. Remove hummus from fridge.
Combine rocket and tomatoes in a bowl and make dressing by combining oil and lemon juice in a covered container and season to taste with salt and pepper shake well.
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat and cook pork for 2–3 minutes each side depending on thickness. Allow pork to rest for a few minutes before serving.
Place 2–3 tbsp of hummus onto each serving plate and top with pork. Serve with rocket and tomato salad and pour over dressing.
