Combine pork with marinade ingredients, marinate for 20–30 mins.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil over high heat quickly sear and cook half the pork for 2 minutes. Remove Pork to a plate. Repeat with remaining oil and pork and remove. Quickly toss onion over medium heat, add beans and capsicum, cook for 1–2 mins.
Add pork, sweet and sour sauce, allow to heat through.
Finish with nectarines.
Serve with steamed rice and wok fired Asian vegetables.
