    Ingredients
    • 600g “Easy Peasy” ready-made pulled pork
    • 12-16 mini corn tortillas/soft taco wraps
    • 250g packet undressed coleslaw
    • 2 tbsp garlic aioli
    • Juice of 1 lime
    • 3 tomatoes, deseeded and finely diced
    • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
    • ½ red onion, finely diced
    • 1 avocado, diced
    • Jalepenos, extra lime wedges & extra coriander to serve
    Directions
    • Heat the pork in a microwave save dish in the microwave for 3-5mins till heated through and keep warm
    • For the slaw, combine the coleslaw, aioli and half the lime juice in a salad bowl and toss well.
    • For the pico de gallo, combine the tomatoes, onion, coriander, remaining lime juice and salt and & pepper to taste in a small bowl
    • Put the avocado, lime wedges, extra coriander and jalepenos into separate little bowls
    • Warm the tortillas according to packet directions and serve everything up on a share platter for everyone to help themselves to
