    1 pack (approx.750g) Family Chef BBQ Pork Ribs
    6 shucked corn cobs
    12 parboiled chat potatoes, chipped,
    400g creamy coleslaw
    1 punnet fresh microherbs, to garnish

    Directions

    Grill, bake or BBQ ribs over a moderate heat for 12-15 minutes, basting frequently, or until tender.
    Grill corn and parboiled potatoes over a moderate heat, turning frequently, for 15-20 minutes or until cooked.
    Serve ribs, corn and chips with coleslaw, garnished with fresh herbs.
